I’m quite disappointed with my recent experience. I reached out via email about two issues but received no response.
Firstly, the invoice clearly indicated that custom printing was included for two kits, yet only one arrived with the custom print. Secondly, the Juventus Home kit (size 28 for 12–13 years) was significantly smaller than expected and did not fit my son.
I requested either a replacement in the correct size or a refund, but to date, there's been no acknowledgment or support from the company. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially when the issue stems from mistakes in the order fulfillment.
